It depends on your situation. Many states require you to pass a state-approved alcohol certification course before you can sell or serve alcohol. Even if your state doesn't require this, many employers will require those involved in alcohol transactions to complete an approved state training due to liability reasons. As a seller or server, alcohol training can be invaluable in helping you do your job effectively and maintaining a safe environment.
We know our training works and will adequately prepare you to pass the seller/server alcohol licensing for your state. So much so that we will refund your full purchase price if you fail the exam or decide you do not wish to complete the course. The only instance we wouldn't provide a full refund is once you pass the course and receive your certification.

Once you pass the final exam, we email your certificate to the address you provided when you registered for the course. You can email this certificate to your employer to show you successfully completed the course. If you aren't seeing the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure it didn't inadvertently make it there.
